At Extra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Extra account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
